1. No Return Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered. All purchases made through HOSVEN are considered final.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders placed within Pakistan can be cancelled within 3 days (72 hours) of placing the order.
- After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
For international orders (outside Pakistan):
- Customers are eligible for a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of order placement to request cancellation.
- Cancellation requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality control seriously; however, in rare cases where:
- The item arrives damaged, or
- You receive the wrong product,
you may file a claim by contacting us via email.
Claim Requirements:
- Email us at hosvencustomercare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographic or video proof of the issue
- Include your order number and details
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Important Notes
- Claims submitted without proof will not be entertained.
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for claims.
- HOSVEN reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with the above policy.
